Service Description

Upon arrival for your first visit (60 minutes), you will be asked to fill out health intake paperwork. Your chiropractic doctor will conduct a comprehensive evaluation including current health concerns, health history and chiropractic examination. This assessment of your current condition will allow us to determine the root cause of your symptoms and to develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your wellness goals. If appropriate, chiropractic treatment will be performed that day.
