We're always trying to
make your visit to our office more comfortable and
convenient for you. To save you some time when
bringing in your infant or child, I've added
our assessment form
to the downloads
page so you can fill out their information in the
comfort of your own home.
Favicon and WebClip Icon Added

Just a quick note on
the website update. I added a favicon and webclip
icon. If you’re not sure what they are, favicons show
up on your web browser near the web site url. Webclip
icons are used on mobile devices like the
iPhone.
Online Forms Update

The ACN (American Chiropractic Network) group, now
known as OptumHealth Care-Physical Health,
has changed the required paperwork for patients
with Medica and certain United Health Care
plans. I have updated the Online Forms page to
reflect these changes. I have also added the
DASH and LEFS forms which are
required to be completed for patients suffering
from upper extremity or lower extremity
conditions.
New Clinic Photos Added

I made a small update today and loaded some new
photographs of the clinic and removed a few of the
outdated ones. Check out our virtual tour if
you haven’t already!
Minor Website Update

for letting me know
that our fax number was not listed on our site.
I’ve updated the “News and Updates” tab to reflect
the changes. I have also fixed the sidebar on that
page to reflect our correct address. Additionally,
I have changed the organization of the site a bit,
changing folder and page names to try to increase
optimization for the web.

which should make us more noticeable on the web as
well as provide a little protection if needed.

New Website Online!

After over 4 months of work, I’ve got the new website
up and running. Just in time for Patient Appreciation
Day! The new site will be on display in the clinic
lobby tomorrow for everyone to check out and comment
on. There are a few updates and necessary changes
that need to be made to streamline it, but I hope
everyone likes what they see!

After spending many hours searching through stock
photography, I’ve changed my mind a bit as to what to
what I would like to include in the header of the
webpages. The original idea was to use people in all
of the images, but I’ve started to lean more torwards
naturally ocurring images, such as water and plants.
The layout of the site is complete as far as how many
pages and what I would like to have on each page, now
it’s just a matter of getting everything down.
News And Updates Page Added

Today I’ve added a new page for everyone to stay
updated with current happenings at the clinic. Links
to pictures, specials, and current clinic events will
be found here. In the future there will also be a
monthly Back to a Healthier You Newsletter that will
be avaible for patients to download or print for
future reading.
Website Design Begins

I’ve decided to take on
the creation of the Back to Basics website instead of
hiring someone to do the work. I have decided to use an
OSX only program called Rapidweaver. I found it on the
web by looking for alternatives to Dreamweaver which
I have used in the past to create some websites in
my free time. So far, I’ve been very impressed with
it’s capabilities and am excited to get things
underway. Now just to find some free time to get the
site built!

A special thanks goes out to Paul at Crosslake Communications for
setting up both of the clinic domains,
www.baxterchiropractor.com and
www.backtobasicsmn.com, and assisting me with
getting things up and running as well a putting
up the first temp page to point patients in the
right direction. Now to get the site created!...
