I’ve wanted to produce a quarterly newsletter for quite some time to stay in touch with patients and offer more than what we can during a regular office visit. There are many different types of newsletters, many which can be sent via email or through the post office. I’ve spent the last few weeks designing a custom e-newsletter that I hope everyone will find useful and that will help you on your path to wellness.

I plan to publish the newsletter 4 times a year, with information that’s pertinent to the season as well as provide some structure that you can expect to see each time it comes out.
