What to Expect As a First Time Patient

When first entering our clinic, you’ll be greeted by the scent of fresh brewed coffee and the smiling face of our office manager. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your first visit to our office meets and exceeds your expectations. You’ll be asked to fill out some brief paperwork upon arriving for your first visit. If you want to get a head start, head over to our Online Forms page and you can fill out our patient intake form in the comfort of your own home. We are providers for most insurance companies. If you would like us to bill your insurance company, please remember to bring your card with you. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance carrier and verify your coverage at our clinic.
